FIAP DISTINCTIONS
The National Photographic Art Society of Sri Lanka (NPAS) is recognized as the National Federation by The International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP).
Applying for FIAP distinctions through a society other than that of your own country is against the rules and should not be permitted. All Sri Lankan photographers have to apply for FIAP Honors through NPAS.
All applicants are required to give a complete list of the salons with FIAP PATRONAGE which they obtained the specified acceptances.
All applicants must have an FIAP Photographer’s card before they are able to apply for a distinction. To order the FIAP Photographer’s card via website: https://www.myfiap.net/user/register/fp

NPAS DISTINCTIONS
NPAS offers various awards in recognition of photographic skill and achievement. These awards are made, on application, to successful applicants in recognition of photographic mastery, skill and achievement.
LNPAS – Licentiateship Of The NPAS
Licentiate is a distinction offered by The National Photographic Art Society of Sri Lanka, to personnel who have shown their skills and capability in performing photographic assignments and creating highly commendable works of art by their own, in recognition of their experience and achievements. No formal academic or other qualifications are required to apply for this distinction.
ANPAS – Associateship Of The NPAS
Members of The National Photographic Art Society of Sri Lanka can apply for this distinction after achieving necessary academic qualifications and expertise in relation to photography. This distinction is conferred to the relevant personnel in accreditation of their knowledge and demonstrable skills and considering their achievements in creating artistic bodies of work.
FNPAS – Fellowship Of The NPAS
Fellowship of The National Photographic Art Society of Sri Lanka is conferred to the members of the society, holding Associateship, who possess knowledge, skills, expertise, achievements and mastery over the subject.
